This Case Study concerns TradeRetail.gr for the year 2022 vs 2021.
This strategy achieved a 157.44% increase in turnover/revenue.
Client:
TradeRetail.gr is a business that started in the e-commerce market with the goal to provide clients
with everything they need for their home & business. At Traderetail.gr you will find a wide range of
products and services such as packaging, personal hygiene & cleaning goods as well as consumables
and even stationery!
A company that started with the vision and ambition to offer its customers a wide range of products
and services always keeping in mind the best quality and the appropriate prices.
Brief:
In 2021, TradeRetail.gr’s largest share of sales was in sanitary products (disinfectants, masks, gloves,
etc.), the demand of which was expected to decrease in 2022.
Our objective, therefore, was to increase sales in the Brand’s key categories, which were packaging
and consumables.
Solution:
After analysing the data we collected on the client, we performed another analysis on the channels
and campaigns that would be most effective based on the categories we wanted to target. From
there on, the solution was near. Google Ads was the ideal choice and that was proven right by the
results.
We took advantage of the potential of the innovative Performance Max campaigns, invested a larger
part of the available budget in Google Ads, created targeted Search & Display campaigns, and
simultaneously, with proper Feed Optimization and an Updated Conversion Tracking we managed our
campaigns with a specific focus in product and category.
The results did us justice, as we achieved a 69% increase in advertising investment and a 158%
increase in turnover in the product categories we targeted.
